I've spent the last decade working in mental health settings and eating disorder treatment, supporting people through everything from active recovery to long-standing patterns of disordered eating and chronic dieting. That experience means you're met with nuance, not assumptions. Whether you're working through an eating disorder, trying to untangle food from anxiety or depression, or looking for nutrition support that actually feels sustainable, you'll receive care that's thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate. My approach is collaborative, structured, and nonjudgmental. We'll work together to move away from rigid food rules, rebuild trust with your body, and create nutrition strategies that fit your real life — not an idealized version of it. You can expect sessions that feel supportive and grounding, while still helping you make meaningful progress.
