How Nabi serves Colorado

Nabi’s current provider-matching rules allow the displayed clinician team to be considered for clients in Colorado. A clinician is still selected for subject-matter fit, age group, insurance network, and schedule—not just state service eligibility.

29 Nabi dietitians are currently eligible for state-based matching in Colorado. Their combined focus areas include Diabetes, Heart Health, Gut Health, Kidney Disease, Food Sensitivities, and more.

Live openings are intentionally checked after the matching questions. A generic calendar could show a time with a clinician who is not the right clinical, age, state, or insurance match for you.

State rules can change. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics maintains links to Colorado licensure boards, statutes, and rules; Nabi uses its current provider records when making a match.

Hi friend, welcome! I am so happy you're here & proud of you for taking this step. Navigating your relationship with food, body image, and movement starts with finding a dietitian you feel safe with. You deserve to be heard every step of the way and feel comfortable asking questions without judgment. Think of me as your shotgun passenger, working together with you to steer away from diet culture and reconnect with your body.

Nourishment goes far beyond nutrition - a central belief when working together. I offer a holistic approach to nutrition therapy that recognizes health is about more than just what’s on your plate. We all need to feel seen, understood, and accepted as we are now. Providing this support is the only goal I pop into the zoom room with.

You might feel stuck in your relationship with food — going back and forth between trying to “be good” and feeling like things spiral. Maybe you’ve tried diets, rules, or plans that worked for a little while, but never really felt sustainable. Or maybe you’re just tired of thinking about food all the time.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in Eating Disorders, mental health disorders, sports nutrition/dance nutrition, food allergies and gastrointestinal disorders. I provide individualized care to better support each person and build a sense of security and confidence in their relationship with food and their bodies. I practice from an "all foods fit" and weight neutral lens with a focus on mindful and intuitive eating rather than restrictive dieting. I have worked in various levels of care for eating disorders and mental health support throughout the greater Los Angeles area. I approach care from a weight neutral, non-diet, client centered lens. I work closely with individuals to ensure that they are moving at a pace that works well for them and recognize that everyone has differing needs and preferences when it comes to their care. I focus on compassionate care through a research-based lens. I aim to ensure that each individual whom I work with feels like they are heard and have the space to be open about challenges that may arise and celebrate the successes in our work together.

Do you feel constantly stressed around food? Are you (understandably) overwhelmed by the ever-changing nutrition advice you see online? Do thoughts about food, your body, or exercise take up way too much space in your mind? If so, you're not alone—and I'd love to work together. I work with adults of all identities (LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, etc.) and I specialize in helping people rebuild a peaceful and trusting relationship with food. My passion for this work comes from my own long history of disordered eating. After fully recovering, I was amazed by how much space opened up in my life—space for creativity, relationships, joy, and things that truly matter. That experience shaped my belief that so much of what we're taught about weight and health is simply not true. Diet culture disconnects us from our natural cues, pathologizes normal body diversity, and profits off our insecurities. My approach is weight-neutral and rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES). I believe health is not defined by one's body size nor should it look like 'chicken breast, white rice, and broccoli' for every meal. Cultural foods, comfort foods, and fun foods all have a place in your life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom so food decisions feel grounded—not stressful or 'high stakes.' While I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, I also support people navigating general health concerns in a weight-inclusive, shame-free way. This includes things like heart health, digestive issues, blood sugar balance, and building sustainable habits without restriction or rigidity. I bring the nutrition expertise, but you bring the expertise of your body and lived experience. Together we'll build personalized, sustainable changes that honor your body, your culture, your preferences, and your goals. I also love working with athletes. As a triathlete myself, I've learned firsthand how deeply nutrition impacts performance, energy, and recovery. Whether you're training for your first 5K or tackling endurance events, I'm here to help you fuel in a way that feels empowering—not obsessive. When I'm not working, you can find me outside—mountaineering, trail running, or cold plunging. I love reading, watching Netflix in Spanish, and of course ending the day with a sweet treat.

Laura Gajda

Laura Gajda

RDN, LDN, CEDS-C

Focus areas: Diabetes, Heart Health, Gut Health, Food Sensitivities, Women's Health

Hi there! I'm Laura, and I'm here to help you feel more at ease around food and your body — especially if eating has started to feel overwhelming, stressful, or tangled up with your mental health. You might be navigating recovery, chronic dieting, or simply feeling stuck in cycles that don't feel good anymore. My goal is to help you build a steadier, more trusting relationship with food that supports both your physical and emotional well-being. I've spent the last decade working in mental health settings and eating disorder treatment, supporting people through everything from active recovery to long-standing patterns of disordered eating and chronic dieting. That experience means you're met with nuance, not assumptions. Whether you're working through an eating disorder, trying to untangle food from anxiety or depression, or looking for nutrition support that actually feels sustainable, you'll receive care that's thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate. My approach is collaborative, structured, and nonjudgmental. We'll work together to move away from rigid food rules, rebuild trust with your body, and create nutrition strategies that fit your real life — not an idealized version of it. You can expect sessions that feel supportive and grounding, while still helping you make meaningful progress. I want you to leave our work together feeling more confident, more regulated, and less alone in the process.

Leah Dambacher

Leah Dambacher

MS, RDN, CD

Focus areas: Diabetes, Heart Health, Gut Health, Kidney Disease, Autoimmune

Hi there! I'm Leah, and I'm here to help you reconnect with food in a way that feels calmer, more intuitive, and - dare I say it - a little less stressful. I love supporting people in building a healthier relationship with food while also supporting your energy, performance, and overall well-being. I've spent time working in eating disorder treatment centers, as well as working with high school, collegiate, professional, and recreational athletes, combining real-world experience with research-backed nutrition strategies. That means whether you're focused on recovery, balancing performance goals, or just trying to stop thinking about food every five minutes, I can help you get there - without judgment, pressure, or complicated "rules" to follow. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to you. We'll work together to ditch rigid food rules, rebuild trust with your body, and create nutrition strategies that actually fit your life. I want you to leave our sessions feeling empowered, confident, and maybe even a little excited about food again. If you're ready to make peace with food, reclaim your energy, and have a little fun along the way, I can't wait to meet you!
