How Nabi serves Michigan

Nabi’s current provider-matching rules allow the displayed clinician team to be considered for clients in Michigan. A clinician is still selected for subject-matter fit, age group, insurance network, and schedule—not just state service eligibility.

29 Nabi dietitians are currently eligible for state-based matching in Michigan. Their combined focus areas include Diabetes, Heart Health, Gut Health, Food Sensitivities, Women's Health, and more.

Live openings are intentionally checked after the matching questions. A generic calendar could show a time with a clinician who is not the right clinical, age, state, or insurance match for you.

State rules can change. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics maintains links to Michigan licensure boards, statutes, and rules; Nabi uses its current provider records when making a match.

Hi, my name is Megan! I'm passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to better health, a more peaceful relationship with food, and body acceptance. I have Bachelor's Degrees in Food and Nutrition and Psychology, allowing me to bring a unique blend of nutritional expertise and understanding of human behavior to my practice. Prior to focusing on nutrition counseling, I honed my skills at a start-up telehealth company, contributing to the development of an innovative app designed to support clients with diverse health concerns. Driven by a desire to connect with clients on a more personal level, I transitioned to nutrition counseling to provide individualized support and guidance. I love celebrating your wins and navigating the challenges with you. You can rely on me to offer unwavering support, accountability, and valuable education to empower you in making informed health choices. My goal is for you to walk away empowered and informed, not dejected and confused. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending time with my kids and husband, cheering on our favorite hockey and football teams, indulging in podcasts, nurturing my garden (indoor and outdoor!), and diving into the pages of mystery novels. With my holistic approach and genuine commitment to your well-being, I am ready to help you achieve your health goals and thrive!

Mirissa R Weber

MS, RDN, LD

Focus areas: Diabetes, Heart Health, Gut Health, Kidney Disease, Autoimmune

Are you tired of all of the strict, restrictive, overwhelming and unhelpful nutrition information all around you? I was too, even as I was going through my undergraduate and masters programs for dietetics I struggled with a lot of the information I was learning. We shouldn't all be expected to fit into these "perfect" medical boxes because we are all different and wonderful in so many ways. I started my career as a care counselor in a residential eating disorder facility and this is where I fell in love with nutrition. Surrounded by humans who were learning how to trust their bodies and going through so many hard things but knowing there were better things ahead inspired me.

Raven Bonnar-Pizzorno

MS, RDN, CD, CEDS-C

Focus areas: Diabetes, Eating Disorders, Chronic Dieting/Disordered Eating, Pediatric 12-17y, Sports

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and have over 10 years of experience doing so. I welcome all eating disorder diagnoses or concerns of disordered eating. I welcome all gender expressions, LGBTQIA+, adults of any age, and adolescents with their families. I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies. I know that seeking support and trusting a provider with your struggles can be very difficult; I hold that trust sacred. One of my favorite things about this work is seeing people reach the point in recovery when they say, 'I finally have freedom.' I also enjoy helping people with diabetes feel more empowered to manage their blood sugars, without a focus on weight or weight loss, or 'good' or 'bad' foods. We work together to find the changes that are going to be most doable and most helpful in your life based on your individual needs. I look forward to working with you!

Whether you are navigating an eating disorder or simply seeking guidance on what and how to eat, I work collaboratively with you to identify approaches that best support your unique needs. I believe food is more than fuel- it is connection, culture, comfort, healing, and celebration- and everyone deserves to experience food without guilt or shame.
