About
Hey there, I'm Rachel. Whether you're navigating recovery from an eating disorder, fueling an active lifestyle, or simply trying to find peace with food & your body, you've come to the right place. You deserve care that meets you where you are — and that's exactly where we'll start.
As a board-certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with 8+ years specializing in the eating disorder field, I understand how overwhelming & isolating it can feel to struggle with your relationship with food & your body. But no matter why you're seeking care, it can be hard to know what nutrition information to trust or where to even begin. Our world is overflowing with diet culture, conflicting advice, & "quick fix" messaging — and sorting through it together is part of the work.
Whether your path involves healing your relationship with food, improving your athletic performance, or managing a health condition like diabetes or cardiovascular disease, my goal is to help you find a way forward that feels achievable & meaningful — one that improves your quality of life & opens the door to finding wellness within.
You are your own personal expert. You are resilient. You set the goals — I'll bring the ideas & tools to help you get there. I'm here when you're ready.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me:
Sessions are collaborative and conversational — there's no lecture, no rigid agenda, and no prescribed meal plan waiting for you. We'll explore your relationship with food and your body at a pace that feels right for you, working together to identify patterns, challenge fear-based beliefs, and build strategies that are realistic for your life. Think of me as a guide walking alongside you throughout your journey — every session is tailored to where you are that day, because recovery and progress are rarely linear — and that's okay.
My energy:
Warm, genuine, and approachable — with a gentle but firm nudge when you need it. Sifting through your relationship with food and your body, as well as finding a way forward, can be really challenging — but there can absolutely be room for humor and lightness along the way. You'll never feel judged here. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and just a little more equipped than when you walked in.
Outside of the office:
You can find me out on an adventure in the mountains of Colorado — hiking, skiing, or camping under the stars. I also love cooking and trying new recipes, and have most recently been diving into the world of sourdough. Outside of the mountains, you'll find me chasing beach trips where I can practice my surfing — I'm still very much a work in progress, but it's a blast. I'm also forever trying to improve my Spanish and recently added motorcycle riding to my list of things I'm learning. I suppose I like to keep things interesting — there's always something new to learn or get better at!
Fun fact:
I love exploring our beautiful world. My biggest adventure yet was spending a year on the road with my husband, traveling in our camper from north of the Arctic Circle in Alaska all the way south to México and Guatemala. One of my favorite parts of travel is trying new foods and engaging with different cultures along the way — and I've been delighted to find the kindest people everywhere I've gone.
