About

Hi, I’m Tara. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate your health and your relationship with food. I believe you deserve nutrition care that honors you as a whole person-not a diagnosis, a number on a scale, or a list of symptoms.

As a registered dietitian, I provide individualized, evidence-based, and weight-inclusive care. My work is grounded in compassion and tailored to respect your unique medical history, daily life, and personal goals. With a clinical background in outpatient eating disorder treatment, I know that health extends far beyond weight or rigid nutrition rules and there is never a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we will look at the big picture and develop practical, sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle.

I support clients navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, cardiovascular health, diabetes and blood sugar management, women’s health and hormonal balance, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, gastrointestinal conditions and complex medical needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard and respected. We will start right where you are and build an approach that feels realistic, empowering, and right for you.

What it's like working with me

I hope to have the opportunity to work with you as we explore what works best for you. You can expect an empathetic and supportive approach to nutrition care, with practical strategies that fit into your everyday life. Nutrition recommendations should work for you and your life, not require your life to revolve around nutrition.

I look forward to partnering with you on your nutrition journey and helping you find an approach that feels sustainable, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

A little about life outside of nutrition: I have a very nosy black cat, and if you’re lucky (it is almost guaranteed), you may see him peek into one of our sessions from time to time!
