About
I'm here to help you move forward into a place of peace with your relationship with food and you're body. If you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, or asked to follow a rigid diet before — you’re not alone.
I’ll stand beside you and tell you the truth when it matters.
I’ll cheer you on. I’ll celebrate the wins. And I’ll also call out what’s keeping you stuck — without shame.
I’m a supportive, straightforward registered dietitian with 30+ years of experience in eating disorder recovery. I’ve worked inpatient and outpatient, and I’ve seen what really leads to freedom.
Most of all? I’m here to help you find your freedom, fuel your body, and reclaim your life — in a way that actually works for you.
We’re not chasing weight goals, rigid plans, or perfection.
We’re building:
-Trust with your body
-Consistent fueling habits
-Freedom from rules and obsession
-A healthier relationship with food and yourself
Your body doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
It needs to be fueled enough to function as efficiently as possible.
I’ll come alongside you — not lecture you — and we’ll focus on your goals, your pace and your progress.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
-My approach to care is meeting you where you're at and helping you make changes that meet your goals. I am here to partner with you in this journey to full freedom. You will find that I am caring, kind and compassionate and genuinely want to help. I value honesty from my clients and am not easily offended. I am a Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned Dietitian and believe that all bodies are valuable.
What to expect in your first session
In our first session, we will meet to go over your history with food and your body and establish some overall goals that you want to work towards. Based on what the overall goals are, we will set smaller goals and continue to do so at each meeting. I will provide you with nutrition education that is science based and accountability to meet your goals. We will also discuss the best ways I can support you and how often we should meet. We can even have a meal or snack together.
-Outside the office I enjoy time with our blended family of my husband, 4 adult children and 10 grandbabies. I am an animal lover and have 2 horses, 2 dogs and 7 chickens. In addition I love to run and am an avid reader. You will often find me trail riding on one of my horses or running outside (when it is not 115 degrees outside).
-Fun Fact: I worked at a salmon cannery on Kodiak Island in Alaska during my college years and while on a run outside was chased by a bear. I escaped by jumping in a bystander's car and lived to tell the tale.
