About
You deserve a relationship with food and your body that feels peaceful, flexible, and supportive of the life you want to live. Maybe you’re navigating eating disorder recovery, feeling disconnected from your body’s cues, or simply exhausted by the rules and expectations that have made eating feel complicated. Maybe you want to feel more confident around food, better understand your needs, or build sustainable habits without giving up the joy and flexibility that make life meaningful.
You’ll have a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your relationship with food and your body. Together, you’ll explore the real-life challenges that make eating and caring for yourself difficult, while building practical skills that support greater stability, confidence, and quality of life.
You won’t find rigid rules, perfectionistic goals, or one-size-fits-all nutrition advice here. Instead, your care is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. Whether you’re working on recognizing hunger and fullness cues, easing anxiety around food, rebuilding trust with your body, or creating more consistent and satisfying eating patterns, nutrition becomes a tool for helping you feel more supported in your everyday life.
As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C), Regan brings specialized experience supporting individuals through the many stages of eating disorder recovery. She also recognizes that meaningful nutrition care often extends beyond food. When helpful, she collaborates with therapists, medical providers, and other specialists to support the whole person and help you understand the “why”.
Most importantly, you can expect a space where you don’t have to earn support by doing things perfectly. You can show up exactly as you are, ask questions, be curious about your experiences, and work toward a relationship with food and your body that allows you to spend less energy worrying about eating, and more energy living your life.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: Sessions are conversational, curious, and grounded in your real life. We’ll make space for whatever is coming up, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work together to identify practical next steps. I’ll support you when things feel hard, celebrate your wins, and gently challenge you when it could help you move toward the life you want.
My energy: Calm, warm, and curious, with a healthy dose of humor. I’m not easily thrown off, and you never have to worry about saying the “wrong” thing in a session. Bring the messy thoughts, the hard days, and the questions you’re not sure how to ask.
Outside of the office: You’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying a beach day whenever we can, taking sunny walks, getting outside, or finding little opportunities to slow down and enjoy the everyday moments.
Fun/meaningful fact: Most evenings, you’ll find me attempting the New York Times crossword puzzle. It’s one of my favorite ways to unwind and quiet the mental chatter from the day. I rarely finish it, but that hasn’t stopped me from coming back for more!
