About

Hi, my name is Megan! I’m passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to better health, a more peaceful relationship with food, and body acceptance. I have Bachelor’s Degrees in Food and Nutrition and Psychology, allowing me to bring a unique blend of nutritional expertise and understanding of human behavior to my practice.

Prior to focusing on nutrition counseling, I honed my skills at a start-up telehealth company, contributing to the development of an innovative app designed to support clients with diverse health concerns. Driven by a desire to connect with clients on a more personal level, I transitioned to nutrition counseling to provide individualized support and guidance. I love celebrating your wins and navigating the challenges with you.

You can rely on me to offer unwavering support, accountability, and valuable education to empower you in making informed health choices. My goal is for you to walk away empowered and informed, not dejected and confused.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending time with my kids and husband, cheering on our favorite hockey and football teams, indulging in podcasts, nurturing my garden (indoor and outdoor!), and diving into the pages of mystery novels. With my holistic approach and genuine commitment to your well-being, I am ready to help you achieve your health goals and thrive!

What it's like working with me

Your session with me: you can expect support, collaboration, and education. Working together means I'm never going to tell you what to do but instead educate and then decide with you to determine what would be the next best step. I want you to see me as a guide walking with you, not a GPS telling you where to go as I want you to feel empowered and informed to make your own decisions!

My energy: Curious and laidback; I am endlessly inquisitive and open to trying things to help you build new habits and reach your goals. My "office" is safe -- there's no judgment here

Outside of the office: As a mom of 2, I'm always busy when I'm not at work! I love to cook, get lost in my garden, play dinosaurs with my son, do girlie things with my daughter, and cheer on my favorite hockey team

Fun/meaningful fact: I previously worked for a company that trained airline pilots for a living and went back to school to be a nurse but fell in love with nutrition instead!
