About
Taking the first step to heal your relationship with food and body can feel overwhelming! My goal is to ensure that you don't have to walk that path alone. I am a dietitian with experience working with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. My primary area of specialty is in working with neurodivergent clients with feeding difficulties. I believe the right path forward looks different for each person. Therefore, I take a sensory focused, trauma-informed, and relational approach. This is achieved through modeling genuine curiosity and empathy. Together, we will identify strategies that help you reclaim your health while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. My approach is shaped by a combination of personal and professional experience. One of my greatest joys is helping my clients reclaim the joy of eating. Through this work, I remind myself and my clients that 'slow is fast'. We will work together as a team to understand the specific barriers in your way. We will collaborate to identify intentional steps towards a sustainable eating patterns. My hope for you is that you leave our work trusting your ability to nourish yourself and live a full life. I look forward to working with you!

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: I use an exploratory, strengths-based approach that's tailored to each client. As a neurodivergent clinician, I understand the need for sensory accomodations to meet my client's needs. I empower you to use your voice to advocate for yourself. I employ clarifying questions and reflecting listening to understand your non-verbal communication and limit assumptions. I offer a balance of challenge and encouragement. I do my best to offer a positive perspective, while holding space for difficult feelings that arise as you do this work. My energy: relaxed, playful, direct, compassionate
I believe in matching my client's energy. You can always expect authenticity from me, but I will play into certain traits to match your strengths.
Outside of the office I spend my time seeking new experiences. Currently that is riding my bike, collage, poetry, and all things creative. I'm a total foodie and animal person.
Fun/meaningful fact: I love finding the best pastry/coffee in every city I visit!
