About
If you're exhausted by constantly thinking about food, questioning every meal, or feeling like you're never doing enough, you're not alone. Maybe you've spent years dieting, struggling with an eating disorder, trying to "eat perfectly," or feeling disconnected from your body's hunger and fullness cues. You may feel frustrated that food takes up so much mental space, or that nutrition feels confusing instead of nourishing.
You deserve support that goes beyond another meal plan or list of food rules.
Together, we'll work toward building a healthier relationship with food, improving body trust, and creating eating habits that fit your life—not the other way around. Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, navigating disordered eating, managing a medical condition, or simply looking to feel healthier without obsession, you'll receive compassionate, individualized care that meets you where you are.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and weight-inclusive. Rather than focusing on perfection, we'll focus on progress, flexibility, and helping you feel confident making food choices that support both your physical health and your overall well-being.
Healing your relationship with food is possible, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your sessions with me: You'll find a balance of compassion and practical guidance. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being honest—without judgment or pressure to be perfect. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, celebrate what's already working, and build sustainable habits that support both your physical and emotional well-being. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, encouraged, and equipped with realistic next steps.
My energy: Calm, warm, and encouraging. I value authenticity and collaboration, and I welcome honest conversations, questions, and feedback. I believe some of the best progress happens when you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
Outside of the office: You'll usually find me enjoying time outside, hiking, traveling, playing sand volleyball, or exploring a new coffee shop. I believe that a fulfilling life is about so much more than food as just fuel.
Fun/meaningful fact: I love traveling, but in a really simple way. My best moments happen around a shared meal, a new adventure, or meaningful connection with others.
