About
You deserve care that sees your whole story, not just a number on a scale. Maybe you've struggled to find a provider who takes you seriously, or you've internalized stigmatizing messages about your body and health. You may be carrying judgments around food and movement that no longer serve you, and you're ready to release them. Weight-inclusive care means you're met exactly where you are — supported in reframing self-talk, healing your relationship with food and movement, and navigating a healthcare system that hasn't always felt safe. You deserve a provider who honors your body's story and helps you build health from a place of compassion, not shame.

Get StartedWhat it's like working with me
Your session with me: I take a holistic, client-centered approach — bringing nutrition and movement together, and meeting you exactly where you are. Your body story and body image healing are always part of our work, because I believe that's essential to food and disordered eating recovery. I'll challenge you gently, always at your pace, and hold space for both the wins and the hard parts.
My energy: Warm and grounded, with a good sense of humor. I don't take myself too seriously, and I want you to feel like you can be fully honest with me — including when something isn't working.
Outside of the office: I'm 6 months postpartum and relearning how to be kind to my own body in real time. When I'm not with my daughter, you'll find me thrifting or on a road trip with my pups, Bubbie (senior shorkie) and Siggy (Aussie puppy).
Fun/meaningful fact: Before becoming a dietitian, I taught Pilates and bootcamp classes. I've also personally been through eating disorder recovery — intuitive eating is what actually stuck for me.
