Food is meant to nourish, connect, and bring joy—not be a source of stress or confusion. With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, it can be hard to decipher what truly supports your well-being. I'm here to help you navigate nutrition in a way that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your unique needs.

As a weight-inclusive dietitian, I believe that health is not defined by a number on the scale and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nourishment. Instead of rigid food rules or restrictions, I focus on helping you build habits that respect your body, your lifestyle, and honor the cultural foods and traditions that are meaningful to you. My approach is to provide you with care that is compassionate, individualized, and centered on practical strategies that support your energy, well-being, and long-term health.

I also specialize in infant and child nutrition, helping parents navigate feeding challenges like picky eating, growth concerns, and mealtime stress. I understand that every child is different, and my goal is to help you feel empowered in feeding your child in a way that supports their unique needs while fostering a positive relationship with food.

Whether you're looking for guidance on nutrition for specific (acute or chronic) health conditions, supporting your child's growth and development, or simply a way to make eating feel easier and more enjoyable — I'm here to provide personalized support without judgment. Let's work together to create a way of eating that feels good for you.
