Coming from years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am so happy to have found myself at Dandelion. Their approach to health and wellness is so refreshing! As someone who has struggled for years with chronic illness, they offer a glimmer of hope to those of us that may feel lost or failed by the system. I am a firm believer in that mental and spiritual wellness play a big role in our physical health and when you really tune in to what your body needs, you can begin to heal in all of those aspects.
I love to cook, and sharing meals I've made with love and intent is my love language. I enjoy visiting local farms and markets and buying all of the produce I can carry.
I crave the outdoors! Stepping into nature and just breathing in the beauty around me eases my mind and soothes my soul. It's easy when you live in the most beautiful place in the world!
