I specialize in treating eating disorders like anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, and more, using a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach. My goal is to help you reclaim food freedom without the pressure of restrictive diets or harmful expectations. I'll be by your side as a compassionate coach, offering evidence-based strategies while making sure you feel heard, empowered, and respected throughout your journey.
Beyond just tackling eating disorder behaviors, I also help with intuitive eating, body image work, and practical skills like meal planning, grocery shopping, and basic cooking techniques. I love to adapt our sessions to be whatever is most helpful to you, whether that's an in depth discussion, a review of the research, or even eating a meal together! I can work with you to integrate new habits into your life, all while prioritizing what works best for you—not a one-size-fits-all solution.
